Sasha Bouldin, MSW, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Sasha Bouldin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is a proud member of the North Carolina State University Wolfpack where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. Sasha then earned her Master of Social Work degree from North Carolina Central University. She has a diverse clinical background, having provided outpatient therapy, intensive in-home, and group therapy for individuals and families with a wide-range of mental health diagnoses. She has also provided mental health services in residential treatment facilities and schools.

Sasha believes that by engaging in therapy, individuals are able to create a personalized “user guide” to assist in becoming their most authentic selves. Sasha utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing techniques to decrease mental health symptoms such as anxiety, depression, behavioral and emotional dysregulation, poor self-esteem, poor stress management, relationship conflict, and family dysfunction. She also is trained in several trauma-informed treatment modalities to assist children, adolescents, and adults in overcoming past traumatic experiences.

Sasha is from Warsaw, NC, a small town in eastern North Carolina. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to music, and making the world her classroom through engaging in new experiences.
